Each year, our CEO Gihan Hyde sits with the team and allocates a target for podcasts, public speaking, and teaching because she truly believes that it's her way of sharing her knowledge and learning with others. Her motto in life is "Everyone you meet knows more than you so learn from them". The last podcast episode of 2023 she recorded was with Ashley Samuels-Mckenzie and Charles Parkinson as part of their "How I Became" Podcast where Gihan spoke openly about her childhood, her family, and her vision for CommUnique.
